FAQs

Where do I get hotel information?

2026 NAM takes place at Caribe Royale in Orlando. All events and lodging are at the resort. You’ll receive your hotel confirmation before the event.

What should I wear?

Business casual is recommended for all conference sessions. For evening dinners, resort casual attire is recommended.

How do I get to/from Caribe Royale?

Transportation is not provided. Please rideshare when possible.

Where can I store my luggage?

Luggage storage will be available on Friday so you can attend the final sessions without carrying your bags. Please see the attendant on duty to receive a luggage ticket.

Are CE and CPE credits offered?

We will offer NASBA CPE credit and CFP® CE credit for selected sessions at NAM. Check the agenda for qualifying sessions and the credits offered.

If you would like to receive NASBA CPE credit and/or CFP® CE credit, please be aware of the following requirements:

  • Your CFP ID Number must be on file with your registration profile.
  • Have the QR code on the back of your name badge ready to be scanned by an event team member.
  • Attend at least 50 minutes of the session to receive credit. Please allow enough time for scanning in and out.
  • The event team will process the NASBA CPE and/or CFP® CE Credits on your behalf.
Need to Schedule an Advisor Incentive Compensation Consultation at NAM?

We’re excited to offer pre-scheduled, 15-minute consultations with a member of the Incentive Compensation team during meals, breaks and free times throughout NAM.

Who Can Schedule?

  • These sessions are for advisors on an Incentive Compensation Plan. They will receive first priority for scheduled appointments.
  • If you are not on an IC plan, you are welcome to stop by—if a team member is available, they’ll assist you.

Why This Matters

The primary review window for Q4 incentives takes place during NAM week. Scheduling an early review or using this opportunity to connect is the best way to ensure timely and accurate payment of your Q4 incentives.

What to Expect

  • Come prepared with a list of specific questions for your scheduled time.
  • If possible, bring your laptop and have Oracle pulled up for maximum benefit during your session.
  • Important: Sessions will end promptly at the scheduled time to ensure everyone can attend the next NAM event.

How to Sign Up

  • Sign-up hours will launch on Monday, January 5th.
  • We will announce when the Scheduler is open and provide a Zoom Scheduler link to book your session.
  • If you don’t schedule an appointment, you’re also welcome to stop by—if a team member is available, they’ll assist you.
Where do I get my name badge?

You must check in and pick up your badge before attending any sessions or evening events. The Registration & Information area will be located in the Palms atrium of the Convention Center and open during the following hours:

  • Tuesday, January 20: 2 – 7 p.m.
  • Wednesday, January 21: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, January 22: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Friday, January 23: 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Can I post on social media about NAM?

Yes! If you use Hearsay, we encourage you to share photos and insights during the event using #2026NAM. Show your clients your commitment to professional growth!

Can I get a new headshot?

Yes. All non-Kansas City associates can get one—no appointment required. Our background is black, so consider avoiding all white or black and distracting patterns.

Photos will be taken in Curacao 1 – 4 on a first come, first-served basis and they’ll end promptly so attendees can transition smoothly to their next NAM session.

        • Wednesday:
          8 – 9 a.m., 10:15 – 10:45 a.m., 12 – 1:15 p.m., 2:50 – 3:20 p.m.
